    New Contests Platform

    We are excited to announce a soft launch of our new contest platform on SBR. It can be accessed from the original Contests page.


    Things to know:

    Your existing SBR credentials carry over to the new platform, as single sign on has been implemented.

    Betpoints have been integrated along with a new Points landing page.

    Movers & Shakers and your history log can be accessed through the Points page as well.

    The connection between your Betpoints Wallet and Contests is similar to that of the old sportsbook. Points can be transferred between your Betpoints Wallet and Contests and vice versa at anytime using the Transfer page.

    Note: You must sign into the contests platform first before making an initial transfer.

    Some daily games for NBA, NHL and MLB have been set up, so we encourage all members to jump in and test them out!


    What is coming next?

    We are working to add betpoint entry fee functionality in order to run weekly contests with gift card prizes.

    We will continue to run exclusive big event contests with cash prizes up for grabs – this new platform offers a lot more flexibility there.

    Stay tuned for more updates as additional features are rolled out.

    You can only gift people 2 points a day as a non-pro member.

    If you save up to 1500 you can join the Pros and enter contests for cash prizes right now.

    There is more to come and some info on that is in post #1 of this thread.

    Possible glitch.

    If I transfer points between contests and betpoints, the total shown on this page on the right side says the prior balance, even after refreshing etc.

    Clicking on betpoints on this page takes me to the betpoints activity page which shows the correct current balance.
