Paul Pierce - I used to have a lot of respect for the dude. After he left the NBA... worked for ESPN/ABC.... then was let go... I have no respect for him. Easy job. Just keep things professional. Whatever he said (in a good way) for JA... has no merit.

Hard work pays off. That's why I respect Yannis. This guy was a free agent but he's sticking in Milwaukee, which is not a glamorous city like LA. He also played hurt to win the Finals.
You look at Kyrie and Durant, both these guys look for the easy way to get $ or a title. Doesn't mean it will work.
It takes time as a basketball team to have instinct for where your players are on the floor, where they like to get the ball.
