College Football bowl season is upon us which means SBR has another contest with $2,000 in cash prizes exclusive to SBR Pros. Same as the World Cup, the contest will be hosted on Run Your Pool.


Contest Rules:

Make a pick against the spread for each of the college bowl games. All games are worth 1 point with the following exceptions:

Orange Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Cotton Bowl, Rose Bowl (New Years Six): 2 points each

Peach Bowl & Fiesta Bowl (Playoff Semi Finals): 3 points each

National Championship: 4 points

Standings will be determined by most overall points. Tiebreaker is the total combined points in the National Championship.

Picks must be submitted before kickoff of the first game (Bahamas Bowl) at 11:30 AM ET on December 16th. Players will be able to pick the National Championship games once the teams are finalized.


Prize Pool:

1^st - $1,000

2^nd - $500

3^rd - $250

4^th - $150

5^th - $100

*Cash prizes paid out via PayPal.


How to Enter:

1. Go to the RunYourPool Contest Site

2. Register if you do not have an existing RYP account or sign in if you do. Make sure your display name is the same as your SBR username.

Fine Print:

1. Contest Open to SBR Pros only. Must an SBR Pro by pick deadline of 11:30 AM ET on December 16th.

2. All Cash prizes paid via PayPal. Winners will be contacted via PM for PayPal details. Must respond within 30 days in order to receive prize.

3. Multiple entries per household are prohibited. SBR reserves the right to disqualify members who attempt to gain more than one entry in the contest.

well there's at least 32 since there are that many entries already... i would guess there would be around 200 entries total?

so a crapload of work making 44 picks (and remembering to come back for champ game) for a whopping $10 worth of value... vs last year when it was around $200 worth of value

not that i ever cashed in it anyway
