Stanford athletics has had quite a couple of years.

The largest athletic program in the country was going to cut a shit ton of programs when the Kung Flu hit but athletes sued on multiple grounds and supporters showed Stanford that they could instead raise the money to support the programs.

          Crazy.

Pac 12, the Conference of Champions.

64% winner at an academics first university: 96-54. eight consecutive bowl appearances, and never any recruiting violation issues. a class act

Not so sure it's academics first, if so they are the bomb in both categories.

Stanford Athletics is the best in the country. They've won something like 25 consecutive Director's Cups.

That's because the Pac 12 (10) is the Conference of Champions.

Shaw always had someone reliable.... whether it was a great QB... a great RB or a go to TE... sometimes he had all 3. He didn't have anything really the last 2 years. Where do you put the blame?? Recruiting?? Well... then you could say that for every school.

It's sad when the same pep talk that used to work 6 years ago... doesn't work anymore. It's time to go...
