Which side? I ask cause I respect your opinions. Some great calls by you in the past on this forum. I hope you say the side im thinking cause my immediate thoughts were I'm all in if this game comes to fruition in the playoff. Gdit be the right side we're unloading on that fuckking game. This is the once in a lifetime play. It's cliche everybody says it all the time but this is actually it. One time.

It already is in my opinion. It doesn't need to hit cause you could hedge out it was such a long shot + odds. I know original poster said no hedging and that's fine. This is still a huge call by him.

It does not matter if TCU loses to K-State, they are 1,000% in the Top 4 based on how many bowl teams they beat and their 1-1 record vs Top 10 K State and a close loss in there.

    4. The Ohio State U.

Let's see what LSU and Purdue have to say about that as they can shift the rankings order if one or both pull off an upset.

However, regardless of today's outcomes, I believe there is little to no doubt that the 4 playoff schools are:

GEORGIA, MICHIGAN, TCU and OHIO STATE

well homie I told you what is going to happen and it pretty much came down to the last play of the game, no blowout, super close and tcu will still not be amongst the final 4 teams.

I've never been shocked by the committee. Not even ohio state 2014.

In 8 CFP seasons (2014 to 2021 inclusive), I've picked the same 4 teams as the committee all 8 years. 32 for 32.

    It's pretty easy.

errors in your mind but no one else's.

CFP committee, espn talking heads rece davis and herbie were onboard, as was I.

again, 32 playoff teams the last 8 years and before the announcement i predicted all 32 which means it was not that hard.

yes, i had some buddies in my circle disagree with me but the committee and i matched every single time.

my friends who disagreed, simply don't have much of a clue.

    that's all.

2024 is when the 12 team playoff starts and there will be disagreements on who the at-large bids should be.

    just watch.

but i will get the 12 correct.

i will have the 4 correct for tomorrow, and the 4 correct for next year too.

    it's pretty straightforward.

The expanded playoff is going to ruin the regular season. Gone will be undefeated teams. Big programs will take games off in a way. Finding the spots where teams will be in a must win will be very few and far between. I’m not a fan of the expansion

    10,000% AGREE WITH THIS

it will turn into NFL Light now.

reg season game meanings will diminish big time.

rivalry game losses will not matter as much either, as all that will matter is the CFP getting into the 12 team field.

the Rose Bowl? will be pretty meaningless.

I’m loving this look ahead line of Ohio state +6.5 against Georgia. You Georgia guys are putting the farm on them at that line right?

i tell people the past few days that Georgia D lost 8 starters from the completely dominant Unit they were last year and all of a sudden they have disappeared?

they were not tested this year.

avoided playing Ole Miss and Bama, probably the two best Offenses in SEC not named Tennessee. they get Tenn at home, 2nd half all rainy which killed Tenn passing game.

Georgia 8 new starters on D this year, have given up 20+ pts multiple times and have also just given up 30 to LSU.

Ohio state lands at #4 and will play #1 Georgia

Tall order to win but they'll be a very live dog.

    Michigan imo wins it all

Can anyone tell me when a ranked #4 team actually covered the line with #1 team? Not to mention....have you ever had the #4 team upset the #1 team? I don't remember if it ever happened?

Seems like the #1 seed always dominates the #4 seed.

Pretty sure the first year of the playoff Ohio State beat Bama as a 4.

And then Bama as a four did it to someone else some other year.

And both years the 4 won the national title.

This is all 100% based on memory so it could all be 100% false

anyone who did not see that TCU would remain in the Top 4 and even stay at #3, knows NOTHING about college football.

it was SO obvious that if you did not see it, you should turn in your "college football watching card".

Right it was a similar deal to this where they made the playoff but barely didn’t play for the conference championship yet were really good. Lost to Auburn and both had one conference loss but Auburn had the head to head. This was the year Bama put Tua in in the second half and beat Georgia to win the title in overtime. Bama was favored by 3.5 as a four against Clemson and Georgia
