    i gave spur of the moment shout outs. i apologize to those not mentioned. i will try to make another soon with notes so i can focus better.

    thanks for the comps guys. the lifting heavy days are behind me. now i just do various pushups and walking. unless you are making money from lfiting heavy - sports, bodybuilding, security, etc - it does not pay.
