    I have a local here in Vietnam, he uses a website though, meet up at a coffee shop in my area once a week. He only takes soccer bets.

    Yes, betting with locals is superior to betting with online bookies. If they try to stiff you you can beat the caca out or them.

    i have some around me if i want. i just do not trust myself. i like depositing money and that establishes my limit to play with.
