Think it got called early because of weather. Didn’t have it but saw delay at 42-17 then final next time I checked

Never ever works for me. I always get screwed. I was up by 39 points. That should be a fukkin win.

What did they do if you had the total less than 59? It was over, but did they void it?

Stupid rule. If the game counts as final, it should stand.

I took JSU live +14.5 in the 1st half.

Saw the score and didn't even look again until way later. Thought I had won. Sick.

Looks like they stopped the game with about 13 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Probably because it was 42-17 and it was over.

They void any game with over 5 minutes left that gets called. Doesn’t matter if it’s 100-0

I think the live bet rules are different than other bets. The game must finish in 60 minutes as the line dealt is based on the game to be fully completed.

Instead of complaining about it why do you put a petition together and go before the gambling review board and get it changed?

    Ya, 55-minute rule.

I've seen this come into play a few times. UNLV-Wisconsin comes to mind. I swear someone ran a car into the generator to knock out the lights.

Yeah that was the game that made it famous. A true vegas fix.

They are not paying the live bets that won.

WTF! What sense does that make? I bet them live in the 1st quarter? Why in the world would that be treated different?

Really? Id there some explanation for that?

The rule is wacky for football anyway. If the game counts as a final score, it should count.

I think these online books that does this are setting a bad example but if your gonna do it , pay them all out and not just a certain group of bets.

Maybe it fell under this rule:

Bets are considered official after 55 minutes of play. If 55 minutes of play is not completed, a bet on the team is treated as no action, and a parlay bet will be reduced accordingly.

I have not checked but I assume game got called before 55 minutes was played, which is the requirement for betting purposes.

This is no different than a baseball game called after 5 innings with the score 6-4 and a total of 9, the game is "final" for MLB purposes but bets on total are refunded and SOME books even require 9 innings for Money Lines (i.e., Bookmaker).

That’s the rules as how it’s supposed to be , I’m curious how some USA books would handle that total situation , if the total is 7.5 and they have 8 by say the 5th inning , most settle bets and grade the over as winner right then.

I would not say "most" do that but some do yes for online only. And I am not sure what those books do if game is then not completed.

I never asked, but it turns out now that Fanduel gave me site credit for the win for my Jack St. live spread wager. Good on them. Other people must have complained.

That's the way it has been at most books for 20 years. Also If u have a 2 team teaser and one loses and one pushes u get your money back at most books. There is more weather stoppages now so get used to this. The badger fans still hold it against Vegas on the generator game

I know Bovada will grade a mlb total that has already gone over as a winner-not a USA book, but still a winner.
