I've been to the Wind Creek casino in Bethelehem PA. Its built right next to an old rusted out steel mill or something. Pretty nice place, and Chief Tumbling Dice even comped me a nice dinner after tossing the bones around for about an hour or so. I didn't know they had a sports book app, but they are so close to me I think I would prefer to go in person to throw down the bets.

Won’t take your Wind Creek players card in the book so getting nothing for sports bets.

    Fuk them then
$5 Betfred is a known European Sportsbook

I took the initial sign up it wasn’t that big and that was that there was no reason to ever use again like most of these places Unless you’re dropping tons of money and they throw you a perk But that’s useless also

Sorry I was just at a place in Wyoming. It was actually Wind River not Wind Creek. From the description here of The Wind Creek sportsbook they sound similar.

Betfred is a huge bricks and mortar book in the UK. With Coral and Ladbrokes merged it's probably #3 behind that group and William Hill. I don't have any online experience with them as they have a shop 2 miles from me. Safe as houses with huge amounts of money behind them but you're likely to find them behave like the other books i've mentioned. If you like/dislike Hills and Ladbrokes you'll probably like/dislike Betfred for the same reasons.

Betfred has a book inside Mohegan Sun at Virgin Hotels in Vegas.

    It's the old Hard Rock.

The book has been setup but they aren't open yet.

They haven't been able to get a license in Nevada for over a year.

    Pathetic.
