You wonder how guys like this keep their jobs with shenanigans like this over a period of time. I was a Regional at Starbucks, and if you even raised your voice at an employee you were on the "chopping block".

    makes me wonder as well. i worked in places you couldn't even look at your phone while at your desk.

    sports are quite different in culture to regular jobs though. what coaches are allowed to do to players would be considered abusive and sexual harassment in most jobs.
