I thought lynch would be pumped up for the game at home and have a good outing and gonsolin had a few mediocre starts since the allstar game. That play was just a grind it out type of wager....if this one loses even if it's bad luck ie i'm up like 4 in 9th and dodgers win, I'll know my signs were wrong and that I should probably quit posting. But if that happened under normal circumstances I'd chalk it up as being on the right side probably but with some bad luck

Then Whit stopped hitting in April, the kids in the bullpen haven't panned out and were shitting the bed too at the start of the season, the Twins started out of the gate hot, and the next thing you know we're 14 games back in May.

No, not backing them tonight, can't back them for the rest of the year.
We're in evaluation phase right now, which is code for "let's play the prospects and see what we got, we surrender"

Sill very optimistic looking forward though, KC's farm system is top five, and loaded, really loaded.
KC got a lot of young talent for Benedetti in that NYY trade, and the other trades made last month.
We'll see, but former GM and now VP Dayton Moore is taking the same route he did twelve years ago when he developed Hosmer, and Alex Gordon, and Sal Perez when they were in Omaha, those kids went to back to back World Series in four years.

Dayton Moore is a genius with a low budget, sometimes (like this year) it always doesn't work out.
Sucks to be a KC Royals fan, but we're good fans, loyal, and here's the important part, we're respectful.

That's not the reason but if you think about it...kc has faced cease and gonsolin past 2 games. Cease is insane and gonsolin is very good. Tonight they're going against a much weaker pitcher than the last 2 games. Also the last 2 games at home royals sp went 7 and 5 scoreless
