He hasn't played a game in almost two years, that's a lot of rust to shake off.

Stupid. He doesn't need to work on strength; he needs to work on agility and health.

He’s not even any good. Can’t shoot to save his life and is not a good defender. He can use his big frame to get an offensive rebound and a put back layup or dunk. Guy is f**** overrated.

Actually he is not. Pictures were taken during workout when he was pumped. I look like Van Damme when I work out.

Also why he didn't take off the shirt?

Guy is still fat and doesn't look like NBA player.

He's definitely leaner. Which should help him prevent injuries. He was too heavy, which put a lot of pressure on his frame.

    If

Zion's got the Joel Embid disease.
    Can't stay healthy.

I'll give Embid props for this season though, but even at the end of the year you could see Embid breaking down, some of it though were due to hits that were unavoidable.

At 6-6, 280 pounds he had a vertical leap of 45 inches.

    That's freakish.

Looks like he dropped at least 25lbs to me. That should help him jump out of the gym.

you come up with these loose numbers. i already seen on tube so its fake. so mj or carter has only 40 inches then. zion for sure jumps higher than them with like 50 pounds more.

He gets injured because he's fat. 280 is living large at only 6'6". I'm 6'6" and I'm 250 now and a bit over weight in the gut. My trim down weight should be around 230.

If you find yourself saying LOOK OUT the guy actually gives a penetrate this year then you've likely got a low ceiling long term. Another Kyrie Irving.

I didn’t “come one up with” any numbers.

There is nobody in the world disputing the numbers I posted, except apparently you.

I practically posted a quote from Coach K himself, he even said it was a school, record, at the time.

    Hence the description “freakish”

“I already seen on YouTube so it’s fake”

    Classic.

Could you imagine if he gets injured first week or early on in the season?

    So possible too.

Or maybe in the exhibitions, or maybe he just feels like some more alone time. Total knuckelhead. If he has a good season Pel's would be wise to sell high.

He likes his fried chicken, candy and double cheese burgers, who doesn't?

NBA season starting is still a long ways away. He better stay disciplined in his current slim down diet adventure or else!
