    Mybookie screwing over my mom

    Hey guys i just created an account here and am posting this because I dont know what to do!?

    Basically in short I referred my 60 year old mother to mybookie.ag to play roulette. I had been using them with no issues for 6 months!

    Well fast forward a week and after she deposited 50.00 she hit a green 0 and got her account to 487.00.

    Upon that happening she got the dreaded verification required email or your account is disabled.

    So she sent ID front and back, her phone bill, and photos of her holding her id by her face. After about 5 days we got an email back that the photos were not clear enough.

    Well after resenting the new clear photos we waited another week. Finally we emailed them again asking for an update. They replied they recieved docs and will be letting us know in 24- 72 hours and have thus resolved.

    Well it has now been over 3 weeks and we have no updates. We continue to email them for their response to now be there is NO Timeframe for me and they will let me know

    How unprofessional can you be? I feel lik they are intentionally trying to not pay my mom what they owe her. We can attach all the emails backing this completely

    Sure its only 487.00 but thats alot of money to some of us. Also we more want to let you guys know this is how they are doing business as of 2022.

    But if anyone fr has any idea what to do. And no my mom has been a gambler well before I was born lol

    She just alwaya goes to a casino so I figured I'd get her hip to online. Noe she's super upset.

    If no one has any ideas on what to do at least keep this up so mybookie doesn't screw over anyone else

    that why i never accept free money because you need to wager 20X what they give you in a certain amount of time 2 weeks i think

    Use the search function here and type in mybookie scam, that should give you an idea of what you’re up against. There’s 150 or so threads with similar issues. If everything on your end is legit your mom could get her money after a lot of work. If you and your mom are playing from the same IP and physical address there could be problems.

    I give my mom $5 and she walks through the PNC bank drivethru and goes up to the speaker. She then orders a Whopper and Large Fries and a Chocolate shake. It pisses everyone off but noone does anything because they think she has Dementia . It's funny. And she gets some exercise.
