PGA Tour moves over into the Arizona desert at TPC Scottsdale and is a little over 7,200 yards, playing only one course for the first time this year, which shouldn't be a problem for any tour player. I think 21 under is the number to win it. I have three plays on the win end, and three plays for Top 20. Rahm the obvious fav, but I don't think he justify's only getting 7-1 to win. There are much better bargains out there with good as chance to take this rowdy, beer guzzling event.
Win:
Patrick Cantlay +1200 This guy has come to play every time he has shown up this year, so there is no reason for me not to grab 12-1. At one point, he will make a run for the lead, and the question for him is can he avoid having that dreaded blow up hole that has seem to hurt him. If he can keep his ball safe off the tee box, he can stick his irons close to stick as good as anyone.
Daniel Berger +2500 I like his game, he doesn't haven't any weakness from tee to green, and has iron nerves which is what it takes in this event with the rowdy crowd and noise. He has had back problems, which is why the number is so high on him, however, I've heard he's feeling good and ready to go, so I'll bite with the good value.
Rickie Fowler +7000 The reason I fired on him is because of his awesome iron play (When he's on) and he's played well in the past here. At 70-1, why not, you have experience, can get off the tee and sink putts when he's going good. It's not out of possibility he can show up and win here.
These are my players on the win end this week. I'm off to Las Vegas to play in a 3 day tournament myself and watch the SB, so I'll check in here and there for top 20 plays I'll make and round matchups.
Who you guys got?
