    Were freezing here in upper Iowa for a week had our first snow last week 7 inches but this week were back near 50.But because of the cold winters my Morgage is under 900 and cheap

    I do like it though, it's not Nome Alaska where it's 10 months a year, but for 10 weeks a year it's great.
