How do books get their “cash out” payouts

DraftKings had a 50 dollar 50 percent boost for a 5 leg champions league parlay. Of course restrictions on extra winnings and each leg had to be -500 or better. So I make my picks and just take the most goals possible (some spread some under) So I get to last game Liverpool Atlético under 3.5. Odds are supposed to be roughly 380/570 after the boost, they offer 147, not even 2/1. At halftime, after the awful first half it was 52 bucks, when under 3.5 was at 150, plus their gigantic juice. How the penetrate do they come up with this stuff? Is there some kinda formula?

The worst price newbie bettors that use the cash out option would accept.

I got a hard time believing anyone would accept either of those. They did say in the boost terms that it was ineligible on cash out but still 2/1 when your close to 4/1 is a massive favorite (like -230)

The halftime one was a complete joke.

They must come up with it somehow because it was like 147.12 and 52.94 or some shit like that
