I would suggest converting that credit card money to another form of currency/transferability.
But a lot of that just depends on where you're making your transactions.
You should be able to pout down 2500 at BM.

There's another site dealing more with offshore and I bet you can get a lot of information there.
It's also home of the lowercase bootleg kvb.

You should also be able to knock down 2500 or so at BOL.
