    I'm trying to withdraw from Caesars app (William hill)

    the only option it gives me to withdraw is electronic check but then when I go into it, it's a screen to deposit money



    what am I doing wrong? I'm in Illinois

    PayPal, instant bank transfers all these cash cards

    Sounds like you need to deposit more money!


    Maybe you didnt meet the rollover requirements of their bonuses yet? Also, if you deposited using a credit card then you have to jump through a few hoops first with verification. Also, you probably have to wait maybe 14 days after depositing using a credit card

    it's a software error

    it doesn't even take you to a screen where you can withdraw money, its the screen for depositing with e-checks

    and I don't see option for wire transfer or anything either


    is live chat not available today? I've been trying and trying and trying to no avail
