I thought similar, but the Raiders have really might have come together over this...plus Gruden was just a drain on players. They are punchers now.

Right. The Raiders were in a emotional spot today. They performed. I had them and I figured they would. Next week we will see why the Raiders are just an average team. Laker, I don't mind your Eagles play. Raiders are likely fat (IE, overpriced).
Just saying that the Raiders were pretty sharp today. Brent kept talking about the coaches coaching em up.
Bradley as Def Coord has it under control. Olson is a veteran Off coach. Bisaccia was working with the Spec Teams.
Long story short, I really don't think they miss Gruden. A little worried about Off Line.
