Baker in my opinion was slightly better then a game manager at QB. Going with the back up QB want have munch impact on offense. The bigger impact is gone be both RBs being out.

I think Keenum’s best skill is the way he throws timing patterns/throws to a spot before the receiver is even open.

I would make a bet that Adam Thielen would take him back in a heartbeat.

Check the injury reports. Denver has as many guys banged up as Browns. There is no edge betting this game. It's a coin flip and usually the home team finds a way to win when they don't have to travel on TNF.
