    We all know the truth behind this

    The ability to have confidence in or put the future of a billion dollar franchise on the shoulders of a black coach is just not a practical business decision in today's NFL

    You'll never see more than a few get to GM again

    There's just some discretion missing in the judgment of black coaches/ GM about black player talent. It's not indifferent...objective....or successful
