NFL by far the worst. Growing up it was such. Pain in the ASS to go see the giants or the jets at the meadowlands. 2 hours each way usually and the games were usually cold and lame. Swore these off by the time I was 14.

NHL is the best. Nothing comes close. MLB is second. Very relaxing and I’m trying to hit every stadium. So far I’m at 20 I think.

A big time NCAAF game can not be overlooked. The tailgate + partying after make it all worth it. When you can walk back from the stadium it makes a huge difference. My friends and I try and hit a random big game every year. Usually SEC or big10

General consensus is that the NHL is the best. A playoff game in the NHL on the old Montreal forum is an electric experience.

I tried to get opening night vs Montreal but I'm not paying that much. I only go to Flyers and habs when in town. Usually get one of those from a buddy. Flyers aren't coming in until April FFS.

The best sport to see live is male nude synchronized wrestling. Followed by hockey when they fight and the guys rip each other’s pants off, they always pan away during this on tv, but that’s when the binoculars come out when you’re there live and in the flesh.

Under normal conditions every game is sold out but it's pretty corporate. Arm and leg for tickets.

9500 fans allowed from what I understand now

Im just a huge fan of Collage Football and cant image a live event being better that ALABAMA /AUBURN OR ALABAMA/TENN game 100,000 fans screaming as loud as they can!! Not just Alabama games but any big time Collage football. I don't go to games much anymore but if you have never attended a game and get a chance its worth it to go at least once!!

Did. Decked out in Cowboys gear when they were not even playing at old Vet stadium 700 level with Boo Birds. About as crazy as you can get but the "asshole chant" from 40,000 plus gets old and the games are still boring with the TV timeouts. Only sport I rather watch at home. College on the other hand is just amazing with the atmosphere and nothing better than live hockey.

WNBA is the worst sport to watch in attendance. Pure garbage. Cheap and open seating though .

Worst in attendance is baseball. If you look at the fans during a televised game most of them are looking at their phones as most of the time there is no action on the field.

Baseball is boring as hell. Half of the fans walk around the stadium during the game because it's so boring. And it's way more expensive to go. Literally a dying sport.

If you have seats that are very close, at mid field, or mid ice, or mid court, it changes everything. Close enough to where players can hear you.

If you're sitting high up, you might as well stay home.

Football. You are so far away, that you miss almost all the little things.
The camera angles and recordings the league gets now, makes the home version on TV so much better.

NCAAB is great. Basically any college sport.

NBA is boring because all people do every few minutes is chant MVP or defense. The 300 level is rowdy while the lower level is a snooze fest.

I love going to NBA games and just crushing the players and refs with little esoteric jabs when the crowd is quiet.

Back in the day going to Lakers games was crazy - the crowd was always rowdy and most everyone stood the entire game. Now people ask you to sit down so they can see. Fukkin joke.

Agree on the PGA. I love golf but its a horrible spectator sport, especially on the weekend. Do you sit on a hole or follow the leaders, and if they're not in the same group its hard to keep up. Perfect TV sport - you don't miss a shot. If you are on course you'll miss plenty...

Yeah, those people paying 1,000 a ticket should have to watch some drunk hassle the players instead of the game. F them. Who do they think they are

    nah

witnessing your favorite team complete an epic 17 point 4th quarter comeback vs their nemesis completing the comeback with a TD pass with minimal time left like 15 sec left... amazing

witnessing the horrible, rude, cocky, arrogant fans of the other team who were enjoying the game with a lead for 3 quarters str8 while talking trash all game only to watch them blow it like bums... seeing those pathetic fake fans of that team get out of their seats and exit the stadium at lightning speed like pussies ... while witnessing the head coach and QB of the actual team sprint off the field embarrassed with their heads down and tails tucked between their legs...

    yeah... you can't beat that

but yes, when you attend an NFL game that just ends up being a regular game with nothing crazy happening or no exciting angles going into the game ... a regular blowout leads to a pretty casual (boring 2h experience)

the games that come down to the wire... awesome

but can't really compare to the 100,000 college fans. but the level of play and execution from pros > 19 year olds all day

I think it's basketball based solely on the fact that any seating beyond the backboards/rims should not even exist or be sold
