    BM and Crypto.com
Anyone have experience using Crypto.com? I’ve set up my account with them but I have Never used them before. Only ever been with Coinbase but I’ve had too many issues with them and I’m not getting anywhere with their customer service.

I’m looking to withdraw about 14k in total from BM to my crypto.com wallet. Hopefully the dollar amounts are not an issue. I will probably split up into 2 or 3 withdraws. Thanks for the help

I use their app and have the 'Ruby' colored card, great product, never had any issues using their wallet/**** card/etc. so no worries on your end. As always though I don't recommend a 'hot wallet' like crypto.com for long term storage of big $, put it on a Ledger instead

Thanks for the input, I remember reading years ago to send to blockchain.com first… I will say I’ve been doing straight from BM to my wallet for 2 years and knock on wood, never any issues. Should I stop doing that?

With all of the algorithm software these days, it doesn't matter if you use a middle wallet anymore. They will still ban you if they want. luckily, crypto.com is not based in the US so they could care less if you are gambling. They care more about money laundering.

Just to bump this I have a question/concern. I currently have 16k sitting in my fiat wallet on crypto . Com. I made my first transfer of $5,000 (daily max) yesterday and it’s still pending. Now my only concern is that usually it’s only pending for about 6 hours and then will say approved. How long does it take for you guys to receive money from fiat wallet to bank account? Should I be concerned?

Like I said, up until this issue it’s always been 4-6 hours and the next day I have the cash.

Do you recommend the card from crypto? I have bit pay currently. Don’t know which one is better

I have the basic ruby card. It works great real easy to add funds ect. Bitpay is great too have that also. ruby card though I think ATM max is much lower then bitpay plus 2% fee. I have only used Ruby for everyday stuff no cash withdrawls so maybe someone can add to this if they have ATM usuage on a Ruby card

The site had high traffic yesterday and was down too for a bit. I have noticed when I buy or send if traffic is high it takes longer to update or process. Please keep us posted and update us when it hits your bank.

Traffic is heavy just about everywhere right now.

Never have cashed out to my bank with crypto.com. Instead, I just load my crypto.com card.
