agree on goldberg. but Lesnar vs Reigns for the what? third time? yawn. lesnar is useless on the mic, and everyone has seen that rerun
Except this time its the drama with who heyman will align with, and its pretty clear they are going to continue to use joe anoa to wipe out all the former greats, making him "legend killer reigns"
cena telling anoa that he was the reason moxley left was true/false at the same time. But now the wwe is shedding payroll like crazy, and it makes no sense to me to see lesnar get paid while they get rid of true potential great stars like wyatt/rotunda

Didn't he also drop the Undertaker a year or two ago as well?

Havent seen face Brock v heel Roman with Paul E in his corner. The obvious booking would be to have Paul turn on Roman and turn him face so he can sell more shirts since they're clearly invested in Roman as the top guy for the next 10 years or however long he can go

I just have a question for all the wrestling experts out there. WCW challenged WWE for many years... what happened to WCW to make them crumble??? Who in their right mind can match wits with McMahon? How does AEW have a chance??? And why on earth to even open up another wrestling business? I don't get it.

I remember it well... because even as a kid i was pissed when i saw it happen... and i forgot about it for ages then eventually randomly via youtube discovered it again .... the "finger poke of doom"

they went too far with the NWO stuff that was helping them push towards being top dog... and remember from watching same youtube vids going over that era a new writer for wcw started and he basically sucked

after wcw died i hung around with wwf for a couple years because of the rock and stone cold then that ended right around the time i was losing interest... seems like rock never went away though with him slowly becoming the movie star i remember watching and enjoying "the rundown" i have that dvd laying around in a box full of old dvds collecting dust

WWE was vulnerable then because Ted Turner was spending money hand and fist to buy Vince's talent. The problem was that these high priced talents WCW had were interested more in themselves and keeping their "spot". There was hardly any talent development in WCW because the high priced talent was keeping the younger guys down, and eventually that led to a toxic locker room. Meanwhile, WWF was building new stars like Stone Cold, The Rock, HHH, and Kurt Angle. They were able to survive the storm and watch WCW implode.

This is different now. WWE is not developing new talent. You just had 2 part time wrestlers in Goldberg and Cena in your 2 main events. WWE is future endeavoring much of their current talent to make the bottom line look better. AEW is hiring many of these talents also, but the difference is that the talents they are bringing on care about the industry and are more than willing to do what is best for business and help elevate the younger guys. Tony Khan is a big wrestling fan, and has made a family like environment that is very inviting to success. CM Punk said it best in his press conference after Rampage Friday night. "AEW isn't a house, it's a home."

Never understood the love for Punk. I can see it with the rock, stonecold, hogan an many more but never saw why people gave a dam about Punk. Here is a Punk story. He calls fights for an mma organization called CFFC. My buddies kid was the champ but just couldn’t seem to get the call to go to the UFC. I told my buddies dad why not ask Punk for some advice. He goes over to Punk and Punk treats him like a piece of shit. Punk than realizes who he is and completely changed his tune. Luckily the boy finally made the UFC and will be fighting this Saturday in the ufc, against a very tough opponent. Felt like i just did a wrestling promo.

Incredible how you always want to bring politics in every thread you post in. Even a wrestling thread lol.

In his early days he used to shred those turnbuckles with ease. Later in life he always used his hands cause hi teeth were failing him lol.
