I was robbed out of 100.00 on a pick 4 payout - on Aug 2 at Assinboin Downs.
The pick 4 paid $979.30 for a 1 dollar ticket.
I played a $0.15 ticket. I was supposed to be paid $146.90. However, I was paid $46.10.

In trying to resolve the issue, I realized how brutal the people working at MYBOOKIE really were.

Long story short, waited 72 hours. Was told i would be contacted within 24-48 hours. Was not contacted. I contacted them. Was hung up on. Threw in the towel. Spent way too much time trying to recoup 100.00 that was stolen from me. They could keep it. Called back, requested that my account be deleted.

Friendly advice to any horse players, looking to play lower limits in pick 4's, DO NOT USE MYBOOKIE. They will steal your money as they have stole my money.

I do not want this to happen to another player. It is MADDENING! It's hard enough to win at horses, and win i do, i expect to paid in full. If there is an issue, i expect it to be resolved.

The word needs to get out that this book cannot be trusted.

They are not the only ones. Have a local guy uses Playstandard, Caught many low payouts, though he fixed the mistakes. Wonder how many times I got screwed while being unaware, which is often. LOL. BOL on the error.

and even if it was a 2 dollar - which it wasn't, the payout would still be short. The issue is not just the error. It is the lack of support and the way in which I was responded to as a customer. It was as if every person i spoke to and tried to explain the situation to at MYBOOKIE had never made a bet in their life on anything. All of them are clueless and they didn't care.

JUST TRYING TO BE CLEAR - and give information to fellow horse players and gamblers, DONT' LET MYBOOKIE screw you like they did me.

i submitted a form to SBR complaints on Sunday and i have not received a response yet. However the page did indicate a 3-5 business day response time. If they can help or shed light, or just warn people not to use mybookie, all of the above would be beneficial.

The MAIN OBJECTIVE is that no other HORSE PLAYER has to go through this and is forewarned.

We are all gamblers here, and it is absolutely awful when a BET is won and they payout is incorrect, and compounding the issue is the absolute piss poor service of the outfit ripping you off.

OP sorry as I have had my share of big tickets knocked down to offshore caps too. But Sorry to say but in this case MyBookie is correct as for Assiniboia max payout on pick 4 is 300-1. So its $45 plus your investment on the ticket of 15 cents.

That track is hard to find as most do not offer BUT if you like pick 4's with low base amounts .05 cents and up BAS has pick 4's at 5000-1 max odds at smaller tracks and Track prices at major. BOL has no limit though they cap and have net profit per race which is pretty high though. MyBookie is a Crap book but in this case the grading is correct

I'm afraid he is right.

Sorry for your pain in finding this out the way you did.

But more players than not find out the hard way so chalk it up to experience and retain the confidence within yourself that you hit that type of play for that number.

Take your frustration out on the next book that pays the full number but you probably need a grade A track for that. Not that joint. It's best to check each tracks limits at your book of choice before betting into certain pools.
