    I think it is instead of. I find it hard to believe it would be 100% match, and first bet refunded up to 600. Will be annoyed if I am wrong though.

    They're bad at math.

    Edit: To clarify this post, the higher odds (+500) have greater EV than low odds (-500 or even just -110), with or without hedging. Their head is in the wrong place. They should be encouraging players to use their free plays on favorites, not prohibiting it.

    Tipico sportsbook in NJ has a 100% cash, 3x roll bonus. You can only use the App to bet, which is annoying. It's a decent bonus though.
