    Southgate is a disgrace, England was way too conservative all tournament and sitting back with the lead that early in the game was dumb, they will never win anything with him as manager.

    Southgate is the 2nd worst coach in the tourney. From game 1 it was obvious that England had NO game plan. Everything relied on individual efforts from certain guys.

    Luis Enrique and Mancini were the coaches of the tourney.

    That said, with a decent coach, someone who just knows a thing or two, they can win the World Cup next year. England has a very good team if used correctly.

    PS: Mancini had 22 guys in his coaching staff for this tourney and all of them top notch guys in their fields. Talk about preparation, dedication and perfect execution.
