When an NBA game like MIL/PHI is 229.5 at halftime whilst 215 pregame

When you see something like this do you feel like betting the under because of "buy low sell high"?
The line now is even 230.5

I mean people would change their odds from 215 to 216 for like 10% of their winnings - when betting pregame, so is 230 considered being "inflated" or you should forget about the pregame odds when betting at halftimes?

    What do you think?

Yeah, I stopped betting on horses, it's not worth it.

I don't mind gambling a small amount on other things.
