Last game Kawhi was in shorts and no brace of any kind on the injured knee. No limp either.

He will make a return. They are pretty good without him
It took a monster perfect game from booker to win.

I think the script calls for him to come back with the clips down 0-3 to the hawks. then he goes nuts and they win 4-3

I suspect the Clippers are being quiet about how serious the injury actually is.

Well they're definitely being quiet about the nature of the injury, but if it's serious, as you're alluding to, why not just divulge as much and move on? If he's done for the playoffs, there's literally no reason to withhold that information. It offers zero competitive advantage, and if anything, serves as an ongoing distraction.

That's the only reason why I think Kawhi has a chance to return, because they haven't said otherwise. It might not even necessarily be this series, but they must have a timetable for him if they haven't ruled him out and put the topic to rest.

In '97 Kentucky used Derek Anderson as a ft specialist even on torn acl but it might not be torn.

I'm pretty sure it matters if one of the top 5 players in the world is on the court or not.

Yeah pretty sure he’s been out for the year since the injury happened and that’s why the books priced the suns the way they did. After the suns go up 2-0 they’ll probably announce he’s out for the year. But i bet they won’t say anything until the series price is out of control

He must be a Golden State fan because any time a superstar gets injured(Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard, Chris Paul) against Golden State, their fans says it wouldn’t mattered they would have won the championship. But when Klay Thompson and Durant get injured against the raptors, the better team lost.

He could come back, whether or not he would be close to a hundred percent even if he came back no one knows. Kawhi has said repeatedly in the past he doesn’t want to play if he’s not a hundred percent, he doesn’t play through injuries normally, and he’s also not in a contract year or desperate for a ring.

It seems like he has an mcl or acl sprain, so his statement in the past that he doesn’t want to play if he’s not a hundred percent is interesting.

I think if the Clippers were fortunate enough to make the Finals, there's a very real chance Kawhi could play... It's tough envisioning him back for the Suns series unless it goes 6 or 7 games then there's an outside chance... There's speculation it's a 2-4 week injury.

He didn’t travel with the team, so it’s almost guaranteed he’s out for game 2, it seems like game 3 he might have a shot to play

The line move for game 2 is because of Morris dealing with an injury, that’s the reason for the line move, Paul still seems unlikely to play

It’s obviously not a tear or that would have gotten out, seems like the big questions will be pain management and how close to a hundred percent he is.

If there is anyone who is not playing with an injury it’s Kawhi. He’s done for the playoffs and 30+ games next year

Not a chance he’s done. Paul George is going to have to literally win this title carrying them

What an ignorant comment. Mann was the one that carried them to the game 6 win over the Jazz. Jackson & Morris have been huge also. George is just doing his part.
