Embiid is a superstar Jokic is a star. Again, you can’t win a title with Jokic as your best player, he’s a number 2 on a championship team, embiid is a 1.
There you go again, I am not defending Jokic I think Embid is worlds better than him on defense.
And there you go again assuming I said Jokic was a scoring champion, he was not and never said that.

Gobert is better on defense that Embid is.
(NOW STOP, TAKE A BREATH, I KNOW HOW YOU THINK)

I am not saying Gobert is the best center, just saying he is the better defensive center.

Embid is a much better defensive center than Jokic is, but on offense edge to Jokic, I said edge, not significant edge.
We can't include Giannis who has won a scoring title but Greek is a hybrid PF/C and pretty much is classified as a PF.
Just like Magic, who was a hybrid guard (who played some forward and even jumped center in his career.
Magic started at PG most games, but started at off the ball other games or SG if you will.

I'm going to give you partial credit for this statement.
    Stats by themselves are misleading
When stats are 'cherry picked' and used in piecemeal to support an argument then yeah, the can and often are misleading.
    Correct.

    HOWEVER
The collection of all data (relevant stats) is critical.
GM's and their staff need to collect all data before they can properly analyze and project out a players or teams worth or place a value on it (them)

Point being you can't pick and choose your stats and say "I'll include blocked shots in my analysis but I'll disregard rebounding," for instance, uh uh, doesn't work like that.

Eh, Suns caught a break. A dead lakers team and a terrible Nuggets team. I think Paul is great but the Suns probably win both series without him. That won’t hold true for the next round though.

Sixers are eliminated without Embiid and probably by Washington.

    You are officially mentally retarded.

Have you been watching what Paul has been doing these playoffs.

His assist to turnover in the 4th quarter (fourth quarter crunch time/go time) where games are won and lost are 19:0

    THAT's INSANE.
19 assists to 0 turnovers in the highest of high pressure cooker situations is Hall of Fame stuff.
It's like Brady throwing 19 TD's to 0 picks in the fourth quarter in a playoff season in crunch time.

Paul not only is the MVP of the Suns and most certainly is the MVP of the playoffs.
You said it yourself, it's a PG league. (Care to walk that one back son) If so, he's hands down the MVP

I'm done talking to you, I can't talk to a mental retard.

I do reserve to change my mind later and talk to you in other threads if I feel the need to further point out your mental retandness.

Hugs and kisses Corky, and as always good luck tonight.

I think you can make a case he has not been the best in the playoffs he had 3 straights games of single digit scoring then 2 straight games where he couldn't shoot from deep with the shoulder that is just a very big percentage of the playoffs. Of course Paul is their best player but in the playoffs I don't think so. Going forward yes he is their best.

Anyone with a tv can see Booker has been better than Paul in the playoffs, Paul couldn’t be enough score in several games against Phoenix after he hurt his shoulder.

Wrong, Booker is a shooting guard, his play has nothing to do with Paul. Booker emerged as a top scorer in the bubble last year before Paul even arrived you dumb shit.

    Again, buy a tv.

Mitchell has been better than Paul too.

You demonstrate a lack of understanding of many of those concepts. One reason this is true after "gambling" so long is that your ego forces you to take it personally, you fight, shutdown, and have no help of learning.

Believe it or not this is very common among gamblers like you. Morino, I've taught hundreds of bettors how to gamble over more than 2 decades, from the psychology of it to the market mechanics to the more esoteric topics.

Why do they announce the mvp during the playoffs, would it not make more sense to announce the mvp at the end of post season. It can mess with a players head like it did with Jokic.

5 minutes to go in the 1st quarter and he was leaning on his knees, head down, during free throws.

I get the bursts of energy and then tiring but he looked like those football defenses late in the 4th have just gotten pounded all game by the other team.

It took him a while to get that second wind.

He’s fine. It was 33-30 when he came back in the game. He’s dominate. It’s incredible what he does on the floor. He’s rebounding everything and making great finds out of the double team.
