Are the Bruins tonight an all time lock?

They have to come out flying right? Their goalie should bounce back as well.

Bruins dominated last game and lost.

I have this as a big play but I'm ice cold...

I'm on the Islanders in every possible method. Bruins window closed last season. The islanders are just very difficult to play against. Trotz is one of the greatest coaches ever.

Yes. This might be the last ever elimination game at the coliseum. Steve remember the bossy and trottier teams? That was one hell of a team.

Game 4: Bruins had zero shots on goal in final 6+ minutes.

Game 5: Bruins had 3 shots on goal in final 5+ minutes.

    Isles crush tonight.

Boston vs tb would be more attractive to the league. You listening to the crybaby Cassidy?

Agreed. CNBC has not said one positive word about Boston. It's all about how awesome Barzal, Trots and Islanders are. Broadcasters should be impartial, but that's the world we live in. Haven't seen officiating like this since the old Montreal Subban phantom high stick calls where he would dive to the ice like someone shot him.

I'm more interested in the Over / Under of 5. What are we thinking; I hate the under, Isles play under hockey at home with Trots getting the last match, however in an elimination game where there is potential for the goalie to be pulled for a longer than normal time + Bruins Defense being terrible + Varlamov can't keep up this kind of play. Thinking over. Want to hear what others think.

NHL doesnt need the bruins around anymore. they let st.louis win the cup and that was the end of the bruins run despite having a top 5 team in talent. small market teams get all the calls. NYI get the calls cause they are the only NYC team still alive

    Depends.

Is Corky Thomorino on the Islanders?

If so, pound the Bruins with confidence.

Not only that, this is the last season at the Coliseum.

Nearly impossible to factor in how much time with empty net and even how many goals they would score with that situation. Tb still won 2-0 yesturday and the Canes pulled the goalie relatively late considering. Can't blame them though. You pull it with 6 minutes and get down 3 its over for sure. The later they wait the better to hope you can score one with no empty net yet. I just wouldn't try to bet something basing it on empty net goals. That's all! Not saying you don't make good points though in general........

Winning cups isn't boring. TB was by far the most exciting team to watch last year and they won the cup. The Islanders play with all sorts of emotion, they check, they do it all........they are exciting to me. But, I get excited by good hockey plays being a former player. I like seeing a hip check at the blue line, etc. I like good passes, or attempts at great passes.......

Every game doesn't need to be 9-4 so people can like a sport or game. Or, Fred the Cuck whining about baseball scoring being so much lower and they better do something about it. If people love baseball, then a 1-0 game can excite you........

i.e. It was boring seeing ROIDED up players come up and hit an automatic homer every time up such as Bonds. BORING. Because you knew it was cheated.

Cassidy made the wrong decision starting rask. He lets in so many soft goals. If he would have started swayman this series would have flipped

    OK
    I’ll try NYI tonight.
    Small
Like 20 bucks small as I am not an NHL savant.
I love the game but there is just not enough time to put into the NFL and MLB and hockey too.

    Thanks for the input fellas
