He led the league in 4th quarter scoring was good in the playoffs for most of his 7 years in Indiana. The narrative he isn’t good on the playoffs is bullshit.

Je carried the Clippers most of the year in the regular season too because of how many games Kawhi missed.

It seemed like the altitude affected him too, he didn’t have legs for threes in games 1 and 2.

Like I say, being a #2 is not easy for the vast majority of players. George back to being #1 here -really for the first time since his Pacers days.

Monster performance, but George needs to go to the finals if he wants the monkey off his back. Anything short of that is a failure for a player of his skill set. He's been in the league long enough. He's folded enough times. Either he folds again or changes the narrative this year. It could be his hall of fame moment, right here. You make it to the finals and you're locked into the hall of fame.

This is what I hate about the NBA... it's just too fuccin easy to score. One star instead of two no problem, just space the floor and your top shooters will get open shots anyway. Just comes down to which team will shoot the best. Like watching darts FFS.

Rudy Gobert is a fukking bum. All his points today were off lobs and put backs, when he doesn't get those, he stands on the baseline like a straight pussy. He is being guarded by a 6'7 guy the entire game, sometimes Beverly was guarding him lmfao. And this guy just stands there like a worthless giant. French players are soft as fuk.

If that was any other 7 footer in the league they were be crying for the ball down low.

That foul on Gobert early in the 3rd - which turned the momentum of the game - pretty much sums up the difference between NBA rules & FIBA rules. Minimal contact on Mann so he gets FTs. Just let 'em play.

NBA playoffs have been extremely physical. That was a phantom call, but there weren't many of those. That's why the USA dominates the olympics, because they are the most physical, most athletic players by far.

Gobert is one of the biggest floppers you'll ever see.

Campazzo doesn't belong in the NBA.

Bogdonovic guys are shooters. They are afraid to attack the paint because they're soft.

The only good euro players in the league are Doncic and Jokic.

Could be missing someone. But everyone else soft as fuk.

You seem like an emotional gambler type. Try and look at things analytically. Gobert the DPOY. Shut down George on numerous plays tonight. He is a niche player though... and you don't want to be paying that kind of money to a niche player.

Not emotional at all, just find it funny how ppl think he's good. He's a clown. 200 million dollars and you pay him to play one side of the court. I would be a great GM. The Jazz GM last year said "We're going to build around Gobert." Lmao. Just find it hilarious. Put Embiid on this team for 200 million and they are cruising to a championship with ease.

America has lots of black people. Black people like running & jumping, so basketball is by far their favourite sport. Most other countries in the world are either much smaller than USA or simply don't give a fcuk about basketball. As I've said before the former Yugoslavia region has great basketball tradition and they produce the finest basketball talent in the world. They are the exception. HTH.

THey don't have the choice of signing Embiid you fool! THe sixers hold his rights, and he wouldn't want to play in mormon land anyway. You should learn the basic rules of the CBA before any owner "scoops" you up as their GM.

That was just an example. Stop taking everything so literally. I would get 2 stud free agents for 100 million each before I paid Gobert 200 million dollars. Him being named as DPOY was a joke as well. This guy couldn't defend a perimeter player if his life depended on it. Reggie Jackson shredded him today. And 6'5 Terrence Mann dunked right on his face on the most important play of the game for the and1.

Imagine, that this guy has won as many DPOYs as the great Ben Wallace, who could lock down 3 different positions on the court when needed and was the far superior rebounder, blocker and player.

How many blocks did Rudy Gobert have today? I would wager a fat 0. 7'3, next tallest player on the court is 6'8. Can't block any shots? He a bum.

He's not a bum at all. You're just infatuated with offense, offense, offense... which is why you fell in love with the Blazers so much despite the fact that most of them cats couldn't guard a mannequin, including Lillard.

Gobert led the league in blocks by a good margin like he always does, and is a monster on the glass. A lot of his influence on the game doesn't even show up on the stat sheet because time and time again his mere presence scares ball handlers away from the paint, so you get some wonky possessions from the opponent.

The Jazz front office figured if they could have his rim protection and rebounds, they'd surround him with shooters and an elite player like Mitchell. Maybe it wasn't the right move, who knows, but Gobert certainly isn't a pussy. And yes, I do think the NBA calls a lot of ticky tack stuff (both ways) even in the playoffs, and it's not exactly a boon to his game... Moreover, Conley's absence reverberates throughout the Jazz offense, affecting even Gobert on that end of the floor.
