    Veterans Day is for everyone who serves.

    I agree You are correct !! I was just thinking them all for all they did and do!! Originally it was called decoration day and was started right after the Civil War (my history teacher called it The war of Northern aggression ) until in 1971 congress passed law making it a nation holiday and renamed it Memorial Day !
