    Look at the list of teams being 0-3 in NBA series. Not many managed to win game 4. What didn't work in previous 3 games is very unlikely to work 4th time.

    88-53 swept in that scenario. Not sure what that translates to ATS or ML. I'm sure most 0-3 teams are dogs in Game 4.
