    It's the god damn racist traffic lights. They turn yellow every time they see an african american driver and "dare" them to try and beat it. This leads to more traffic stops for racist cops who can "execute" them on sight. It's just the cycle of institutional, systemic racism at work. Brick walls will also have their day to answer for this tragedy #Accountability #DefundAllTrafficLights
