No doubt. You will have to slowly collect. Locals don’t have the cash unless lots of losers. Their cash burn is incredible on puma jump suits, gold watches and their illegitimate kids. Gotta get some goons together or swap out slow play for bonus play.

also can reverse vig them. let them pay extra on a weekly installment until they pay you in full.
