    So...Let's say the guy got thrown out of the stadium prior to streaking....but this was still all planned with other bettors getting in as well, and there was no actual streaker.....Would Bovada refund the losing wagers too? Or were they just freerolling this one??

    he got too greedy. if only 3 or 4 friends bet the max it probably would have slipped under the cracks.

    I don't think the book cares that dude took a shot, they care that dude identified himself as the actor, and boasted about the win& plan to defraud.

    i think it goes together though. if he never mentions the bet(s) and just goes about his merry way after the arrest, maybe bovada doesn't look into the $1K bets all of a sudden on a prop.

    How is it any different than had the waterboy bet on the color of Gatorade or the singer (or anyone who witnessed rehearsals) bet on the length of the National Anthem? These dumb props are always open to insiders who can exploit them. This streaker is hardly any different. Hell, he had to have the gumption and the wits to pull it off. It wasn't a foregone conclusion.
