Tricky spot for OU after playing four top 10 teams and then having the Baylor game cancelled.

I don’t see how they are pumped to play Iowa State first thing in the morning.

Here's a write up I found to support your play Johnny

It’s a good time to ‘buy low’ on the Iowa State Cyclones. They are still in search of their first Big 12 win and fighting hard to get it. That was evidenced in their 72-76 loss to West Virginia last time out as 11.5-point underdogs. Now they are catching a whopping 14.5 points against Oklahoma.

The Cyclones had to pause the program for two weeks due to COVID and were missing several key players when they returned in their blowout losses to Oklahoma State and Mississippi State. But they got many of those players back against West Virginia, and at full strength they can be competitive against anyone in the Big 12. That also showed earlier this season in losses to WVU (by 5), Texas (by 6) and Baylor (by 11).

It’s a great time to ‘sell high’ on the Oklahoma Sooners. They have gone a perfect 7-0 ATS in their last seven games overall while winning five of those outright. They have been through the gauntlet with four straight games against Kansas, Texas, Alabama and Texas Tech. I think they take a breather here and relax a little, not fully focused on beating Iowa State, especially with another couple big games on deck against WVU and Texas. That will help the Cyclones stay within this ridiculous 14.5-point spread.

Iowa State is 14-3 ATS in its last 17 road games as an underdog of 12.5 to 15 points. The Sooners are clearly overvalued here after covering in seven straight games coming in.
