    Carter wasn't saying all time, but on that one play with Miller at the end of the half. The answer is: maybe.

    It's not like they are at the park; the DB knows he has an NFL player across from him, who is not in there because of Affirmative Action.

    I would say it might be more of a height thing. Those short white guys tend not to go over the top too often...not at all.
