    I've never used it over all of these years

    Is the cashout amount total wager & profit combined, or only profit?

    The cashout amount is the total you will receive, including stake.

    I had $185 to win $180 on a teaser.

    Only needed Chiefs ML to complete it.

    And they offered $165.

    Maybe I was wrong about how Heritage treats teaser cashout offers. As that doesn't sound correct if the first leg had already won. But would also only be $165+Stake if Chiefs leg was virtually a sure thing at that moment.
