Why no fans in upper decks at NFL games

I keep seeing this over and over again

So the govt’s allowing 6k, 7k, fans etc. But they put them all on lower level.

Why not just allow double the number and put them in the upper decks too????

All these govt’s allowing INDOOR casinos to operate at 50% or more. Why not allow more fans at OUTDOOR events????

They have to hire more ushers, open up more concessions, open up more bathrooms, hire more security, etc to open up upper decks.

Personally, no one needs to sit in the upper deck of a nearly empty stadium. Might as well stay at home and watch on tv. Loserville.

Covid rises up to the upper levels outside. Its science.

Like the grim reaper, Covid should take care of everyone on the lower first before rising to the upper deck

The danger is the concessions not the seats themselves

    I’d have to disagree

Id much rather be at the stadium. Love being able to see the entire field, and most importantly, can see the flags when they are thrown instead of celebrating a TD and then 5 seconds later the TV commenters telling me “flag on the field”
