    His contract is property of the bankruptcy estate.

    He won't be allowed to file a 7, he'll have to do an individual ch 11 (for persons w over $1mm in assets) and yes, the creditors will seize it all, the entire portion of the contract that the irs & Calif revenue doesn't seize.

    He will have 5 years to pay in full, then the residue is discharged.

    He is finished.

    No kid needs $15,000 per month and if were to have true social equality then we need to treat white kids the same as black kids in support cases. $500/ mo per kid max.

    Enough w the stupid bitches milking the system and choosing single motherhood

    He doesn't, it'll get converted to individual 11.

    For a 7 you must make less than $70k. If he sits out this season maybe, but the creditors could force the conversion based on the equity in his homes alone.
