    really did not hear this particular story until i saw the article today. of course it is known pitchers get away with things.

    the part at the bottom about spin rate could explain why Verlander's career got resurrected in Houston

    I used to have really sweaty hands and used a rosen bag when I pitched. The combo of the Rosen and sweat made a killer sticky substance. Great for fastball movement and a killer yellow hamner��
