    Exactly! Washington needs to win regardless. They are not going to try to play for a 0-0 draw like in soccer.

    Ties are much more likely now with 10 minute modified overtimes and even moreso if a team knows they can play for it

    Go back more than 1 year and compare those numbers to before the rule changes. Notice I also said MORE LIKELY not just likely
