Defense just can’t stop anybody at the end of games. Teams driving for the winning/tying score is probably getting the needed score 80% of the time, and its not prevent defense anymore that is the problem.

damn that's tough giving up a 37 yard td with 6 seconds left then throwing a pick 6 in OT

that's why you carefully live bet current road favorites in college who were dogs before kickoff

tulsa full of luck... will run out soon

might be time to fade them vs houston 11/28

They would of won by 4 Tds if did not injure the backup Qb, the 3rd string guy looked like Brett Favre.

It's the end of the game chunk yardage plays that get me all the time.

    Hypothetical:

Team A has the ball at their own 20 with 2:44 left.
Team B defense gives team A 12 yards on a dump off pass to a RB
Now ball is at 32, same thing, another chunker for 12 more yards.
    Ball's at 44 yard line.

Next thing you know it's the two minute warning and team A is inside the 50.

Just seems like 80 percent of the time in situations like that the team down 7 points is gifted 40 yards in less than 2 minutes before the defense decides "hey, we better do something here"

Well maybe they should have thought of that when the drive started back at the 20.

It's no secret why there's so many brutal beats at the end of games.

Case in point, last night Seattle gave Murray and Arizona a free 40 yards at the end before time ran out, but not before Murray had one more chance to pull a miracle out of his ass, only this time he got sacked.

Clemson did the same thing against Notre Dame except they took a bullet to head instead of bleeding out slowly. All out blitz and get burned for 50 yards on one play up by 7. I was on that one too. Just no way to win with defense anymore. Damned if you do and damned if you don’t. Truthfully, it already looks like 7 on 7 drills with holograms on defense.

Should never have gone into overtime. 3rd string guy did all the work. Ask America’s Team how that 3rd string QB is supposed to work.

2nd string guy was brutal its obvious the 3rd stringer is much better and should be 2nd string. Im sure coach only has him 2nd string because of experience as he was the starter a couple years ago, but he sucked had a couple games of going like 6-21 or 8-20

No, there was a high probabilty of a Tulsa comeback

Stop with your in-game probability guesses.

You sound like Nate Silve or "Next Gen Stats" bullshit.

Some of us actually know the chances of a comeback because using static probabilities will fail you here.

You have to use relevant information, and TV provided stats don't do that.

A lot of strange stuff in this game. This should be a prime suspect game for live in play gambling patterns. Follow the money and you can find out how it was fixed.

I had over 53 that I bet early yesterday

Cant believe I won this bet.

I feel horrible for anyone that had under 53 or 53.5.

0-0 at halftime and the game still goes over

I remember the 1st year of the new OT rules I had a team plus 12 that went to OT. I don't remember the team but know penetrating UCLA scored a TD than a pick 6 to win by 13. I wasn't a fan of the new rules that day.

Getting too old and too many bad beats over the years. This one was horrendous. One thing I did remember right it was the shitty PAC 10. Back when USC was real bad and Sun Devils had Jake the snake. Was a BS scoop and score.
