depends on the state, but some states have HUGH bonuses for every ballot you can harvest

for some aldermanic votes here in chicago in certain contested wards you can get upwards of $40 dollars for every living or dead vote you can bring in.

for presidential elections my buddies in Michigan tell me they knew people near detroit that were getting paid 50 bucks per mail in ballot.

guys were just going around mailboxes daily with fake post office uniforms and checking accessible mailboxes for for ballots that were just delivered but not picked up yet.
