    I feel like it is safe, my angle for the bet is basically how could a state that voted for crooked Hillary, the most unpopular candidate in history, not vote for Biden?

    might not be over for awhile if its close challenging all kinds of crap like mail in ballots ...etc.... then maybe delays and delays because the ballots have to be counted by a certain day otherwise the ballots are disqualified
