I am taking a wager on the jets to go 0-16 at +500. I know how hard it is to go 0-16 in the nfl because it has only been done 4 times ever. But something tells me the only reason why Adam Gase hasn’t be fired already is to ensure the jets keep losing games and secure the 1 pick. Lets face it the players don’t like playing for him. He has completely lost the locker room. He knows he will be fired after this season and never coach again. He is miserable so how can you expect him to lead the jets to a win when he doesn’t care? I get the jets are professionals and don’t tank on purpose but lets face it they aren’t good enough to beat any team thats remaining on their schedule.

The only game I see them potentially winning is against miami week 12. Gase will like to stick it to his former team and he knows this is the only game he has a chance to win or else hes going 0-16. But this is the spot to grab jets and hedge your investment.

For me I am risking 1k to win 5k
I will attempt a hedge on the jets against dolphins in week 12. Hoping for a +200 line to grab and put 500 on it to win back my original investment of 1000. If jets lose then I let it play out and I win 4500.

That's not really a hedge. There is a chance you lose that bet on the Miami game and then they win one later so you lose both bets. That's called a Polish hedge.

No one in particular, but there are 5 games after that Miami game. Where are you getting all those lines from? Say they are correct, then they would be 3 to 1 dogs a couple times and 5,6,7 to 1 dogs the rest. When u sum up 5 games at those odds the chances of them winning one increase. For example, you're a big long shot to roll an 11 the next roll of the dice, but not some time in the next ten rolls.

Terrible odds at only +500. I'd think it needed to be about +5000. These guys are pros and the odds of all of them putting a good game together one Sunday are very good. When you do it all right then you can even beat the Super Bowl champs unless they do it all right that day too.

Exactly someone gets it. Im not saying giants or falcons are going undefeated im saying the team that has already quit with a loser coach that should be fired already but still has a job gets this team prepared to win a football game? No chance

If they are already 0-15 at that point, they have nothing to lose by winning.
