    Smoke has in's RuPaul. They probably disconnected the phone so thousands of people don't call them and ask the same questions which would certainly drive them penetrating mad.     I'm starting to get worried about the Survivor pool and other contests. Wonder what will happen now? Will they skip a week (or 2 weeks) and continue it or cancel them and refund? Really sucks because only contest I entered for the season.

    So I was able to get a hold of them on the phone just now. I was not able to get any information on my payout from October 5th, which I still have not received.. He said this was because they could not access player accounts. The person claimed they did not know what kind of cyber attack occurred. They could not give me an estimated time the site will be operational. I was told player balances are safe.

So they start to say that they are open honest and transparent, which is language that is meant to lead to a statement that does not look good for them but needs to be said. Like customer details were stolen, something. Instead, nothing is said afterwards. To me that reads as they are NOT open and honest, and that customer details were stolen, or that there is much more being withheld. Otherwise, there is no reason to use that language in the first place. Following it up with the "this unforeseen situation" reminds me of "throughout these uncertain times". It's a good thing they are flush with cash, because their client has been faulty forever, and their management team is full of morons.

    They need to be transparent about the attack, by being transparent, not by saying we are being transparent.

    Wonder what their messaging was the last time this happened, if it was completely different that would say a lot. I don't recall a similar issue where they went down for awhile but from reading the posts here it occurred at least once recently.
