    Hopefully they take Cousins. Possibly the worst QB in the league when he is under the slightest bit of pressure. Vikes screwed themselves by signing him when they had a decent shot for a super bowl. Had basically every position stacked other than QB.

    If SF is in need of QB after the season, I would rather see them trade up in the draft ( if they need to ) and take a shot with that kid from NC..

    Vikes need to see if there's a sucker out there who might take him

    there's a lot of bad young QB's out there who've fallen out of favor like...

    Bears for Trubisky

    Jets for Darnold

    Skins for Haskins

    they could also check with the Colts to swap for Rivers right now, at least Rivers isn't due any money next year and would be perfect for the Vikes tank this year


    the goal for the Vikes should be to get a cheap young QB back who they could try developing into a serviceable backup at least and then draft a real QB in a year or two after tanking

    the last thing the Vikes should want to do is take back an equally bad QB with a terrible contract like Jimmy G, that accomplishes nothing

    Would actually be a decent fit, but don’t think it’s a big enough upgrade. A guy like Kirk or an Alex Smith pre injury would be a perfect fit for Shanahan.

    Shannahan coaches him back in Atlanta. He’d be a slight upgrade over Jimmy G. New staff in Atlanta, they might be ready to move on from Ryan. I think he’s got about three more years on his contract.

    49ers had their chance to get Brady they weren’t willing to admit they were wrong about garapollo. Garapollo is garbage, his numbers last year were just the system, and team have figured out if you stop the run they usually are done.
